The Blu Pig

If you need to get your barbecue on then the Blue Pig just might satisfy your palate's need. However, I will caution certain items are hit and miss on the menu. I think you'll have an enjoyable experience if you ask your server for recommendations. As one who moved from the state of Oklahoma to Utah I can't say the blu pig is as good as the barbecue typically found in Kansas, Oklahoma, or Texas but I doubt many barbecue restaurants in Utah meet that standard.
