Scots on the Rocks
The Moab Celtic Festival is a recent addition to several events to take place in Moab. A few years ago some people some overly enthusiastic Scots decided they wanted to start a Scottish Festival in Moab, shorly afterwards Scotts on the Rocks Festival was born. Crowds who attend this festival will enjoy Scottish music, dance, and athletic events
